The Gulch in Nashville
The Gulch is a neighborhood in Downtown Nashville which is bounded by 8th Avenue, Demonbreun, and the Interstate. Though once mostly a warehouse, shipping, and manufacturing center, reinvestment and revitalization in the early 2000s have produced the lavish and luxe downtown area that it has become today. Most of the residences offered exist in the form of residential towers providing condominiums, and many of those are all new construction, offering apartments and lofts. But if you love historical architecture, don’t be worried! There are still a few historic buildings in downtown and the Gulch which offer residences and lofts as well. Expect the price to be higher than other neighborhoods, but to enjoy all the upscale amenities of the area, including walkability to restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, nightlife, and more!
