Meet Kim Pieratt with Red Realty!
Kim Pieratt attended TREES Real estate school in Nashville and received her affiliate broker's license in 1995. Then, Kim returned to school in 1998 to attend broker's training and received her real estate broker's license. She practiced in the Dickson/Hickman county area for twenty years before she relocated to Rutherford county in 2015. In the course of her career, Kim has received sales awards from both Century 21 and Coldwell Banker franchises, and the educational achievement award from the Greater Nashville Realtor's association.
Kim is a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute) and has been a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors for 24 years, serving as the Dickson county chapter president in 2005. Kim's primary focus has been in residential real estate, and she is delighted to have taken her expertise and experience to the Red Realty family in 2017.
When Kim isn't busy with real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, particularly with her grandchildren. She also is active in her church on the hospitality team and enjoys reading, movies, music, cooking, arts and crafts, and doting on her 6-year-old Shoodle, Pepe.
